1. meditate - I did day 1 of Take10 on Headspace
2. 3 things I'm grateful for - 1) that my mom and dad live nearby 2) my car - even though I complain about it, it gets the job done 3) I asked my sister to pull my sleeves up when I was doing the dishes at my parents house and she did!
3. random act of kindness - I let a really excited little girl get all up in my personal space and while she waited for her dad at the airport.
4. something good that happened today - I've always been secretly jealous of people when they talk about hanging out with grandparents or aunts and uncles or cousins but today my cousin who I met once (when I was five) and her new husband came from Korea and we all had dinner together and it neat-o.
5. exercise - I didn't exercise today. Unless driving a lot counts. I failed at happiness on the first day! Dammit.
