Day 2


1. meditate - day 2 

2. 3 things I'm grateful for - 1) the show on Food Network called The Best Thing I Ever Ate which introduced me to machaca, which, turns out, is the best thing I ever ate 2) champagne brunch 3) cool weather!  clothes are thicker = don't have to suck in stomach as much.

3. random act of kindness - I stumbled upon a super cute Halloween costume for my fave little guy in his size (a near impossible feat this close to Halloween) and got it so that his parents could stop worrying.

4. something good that happened today - My parents have officially joined civilization with their new iphone.  My mom said, "only if it's free!" and it totally was.  They don't need to know about data plans and all that.   

5. exercise - umm...  I'm in the middle of a huge rut.
