Day 5 Drive

  1. meditate - nope
  2. three things I'm grateful for 
    1. having the first regular BM in a long while (TMI)
    2. my acupuncturist gives me a hug at the end of each session
    3. my Dad for washing all the dishes that I now have to wash since he's out of town
  3. random act of kindness -gave Arzina a whole tub of Whole Foods guacamole
  4. something good that happened today - I slept so deeply that I was completely disoriented when I woke up
  5. exercise - fail
