  1. meditate - negative
  2. three things I'm grateful for 
    1. being able to eat yogurt for the first time since Rio de Janeiro
    2. unsweetened apple sauce that still tastes sweet
    3. my new iPhone's battery life
  3. random act of kindness - did an unsolicited code review for a coworker
  4. something good that happened today - while listening to the Kevin & Bean podcast I was literally laughing out loud during this segment about Kevin and his maid Lupita
  5. exercise - rec center and 7-min.com
