1. meditate - day 3
2. 3 things I'm grateful for - 1) inspiring old people - I saw a man jam up a hill on his bike to make a left turn before the light turned red and as he passed me I noticed he was a total grandpa, awesome! 2) my friends' kids who are always happy to see me 3) a cool boss
3. random act of kindness - I dropped by Alison's house after work because I knew she was getting her kids' Halloween treats ready in a hurry, and we busted out a ton of little pumpkins made out of mandarin oranges and celery in like 15 minutes, woot!
4. something good that happened today - My professor posted grades this morning and I found out I rocked my last test, yay!
5. exercise - does running around playing robots count?
