Day 3 for me

  1. meditate - 3 minutes self guided
  2. three things I'm grateful for 
    1. my sister Zahra who hung out on facetime with me for like 2 hours while I drove home from OC, went grocery shopping, cooked dinner, and ate it
    2. my flexible job schedule
    3. Whole Foods top sirloin steak on sale
  3. random act of kindness - gave up an awesome parking spot at Whole Foods to let someone else have it
  4. something good that happened today - Zahra taught me how to cook steak in the oven
  5. exercise - chest & lat pull down at rec center
