three things I'm grateful for
- my sister Zahra who hung out on facetime with me for like 2 hours while I drove home from OC, went grocery shopping, cooked dinner, and ate it
- my flexible job schedule
- Whole Foods top sirloin steak on sale
- random act of kindness - gave up an awesome parking spot at Whole Foods to let someone else have it
- something good that happened today - Zahra taught me how to cook steak in the oven
- exercise - chest & lat pull down at rec center
