More Day 4

  1. meditate - oops
  2. three things I'm grateful for 
    1. coconut water -- it's delicious and healthy!
    2. conference calls with Zameer & Rayhan
    3. my boss Pete who is ridiculously supportive
  3. random act of kindness - was super nice to other volunteers on a conference call despite their being somewhat inefficient
  4. something good that happened today - I discovered I can eat cheddar cheese without problems!
  5. exercise - fail
